Children

The reductions for children are many and varied depending on age hotel season airline etc. Some of our hotels offer free stay including meals if children stay in their parent’s room. Please contact us for a tailor made quotation for your particular family requirements.

Payment information

Credit Card Payments
Customers wishing to pay by credit card please add 2.5 % to the list prices. We very much regret this imposition by the credit card companies. You do however have the advantage of added insurance cover.

Cheques
Please make cheques payable to New Experience Holidays.

Deposits
£125 per person on all our Holidays except we reserve the right in some instances where an air fare requires pre payment to increase the deposit amount. This will be explained at time of booking.

Balances
Due 2 months prior to departure.

Fuel supplements

Important When we offer a quote for your particular holiday we will include the latest fuel supplement (if any) being charged by the relevant airline(s). Once you have booked we will not change this supplement.

Holiday Insurance

We take holiday insurance very seriously. We ask for details at time of booking, and will not send out final documents unless we have insurance details as we insist on holding them on file in case of emergency. Due to a change in the legal position and the requirement to be licensed by the FSA, we have decided to no longer sell insurance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. When you do purchase your own insurance please check the level of cover, if there are any altitude restrictions, and if medical repatriation is included.

Prices in US Dollars & Euros

We are currently converting the prices indicated in UK pounds at the following rates:-

US Dollars at 1.55 USD   to 1 GBP
Euros       at 1.15 Euros to 1 GBP

If paying by credit card the crediat card company will use their own exchange rate.

We will gladly send you details of how we manage payments in USD and Euro upon application.
