Holiday Prices With Flights

Prices are based on typical mid week prices from London. When you wish to book a holiday with flights we research all the available flights scheduled charter and ‘no frills’ from the most convenient airports and give you an individual quotation.

In 2010 we were able to offer nearly 50% of our bookings from London with no supplement and 20% had a price reduction. It depends on the airport and if off peak dates or peak dates (Half Term Bank Holidays) are chosen. Weekend travel is often more expensive by £10 -£30. Our quotations with flights are calculated by taking the lowest air seat price we can purchase (often lower than is available to the public) and adding a £30 per person booking fee.

If we make flight bookings we will accept responsibility (up to the limits detailed in our booking conditions) for any changes the airlines make and the effect on the remainder of the holiday. Also we have extra responsibilities for industrial disputes, airline failure, ash clouds etc.

All our quotations include one piece of checked in luggage per person.

Charter Airlines

We offer seats on most charter airlines which are often the best way to fly from your local airport to Madeira Canary Islands Greece, Crete, Mallorca and Alicante.

No Frills Airlines


We offer flights on most no frills airlines and include them in all our flight searches. They are adding routes all the time but we do manage to monitor the route additions. There are a few small airlines which we
believe are not financially secure enough to base a holiday booking on we would advise you of those.

Scheduled Airlines


We offer flights on all scheduled airlines. We can also arrange business class travel. We are especially pleased to offer British Airways flights to a number of our destinations.


                              

We can offer Club Europe on a number of British Airways services.

Club Europe - Makes for an altogether smoother experience:
  • Relax and enjoy a drink in the Terraces Lounges* before your flight
  • A separate cabin at the front of the aircraft with comfortable leather seats to relax and unwind
  • Enjoy a light healthy meal and drinks from the bar. Champagne available upon request
*Lounges available at most European airports. Facilities may vary.




Book Your Own flights

You can choose to arrange your own flights, but we are obliged to make you aware that if there is any change in the flights or cancellation in advance of travel e.g. the airline collapses, any industrial action, weather disruption including volcanic ash, the airline changing the day or time of your flight, we have no responsibility for the impact on the rest of the holiday, nor any responsibilty in returning you to the UK. The holiday and flight booking are independent transactions and normal cancellation/amendment charges will apply as per booking conditions should any ammendments have to be made. Also financial protection will not be covered by ATOL which includes air repatriation but by ABTOT which only covers the land element. We strongly suggest that you do not book the flights until we have sent you a written confirmation. If you prefer us to arrange the flights they then become an integral part of the holiday, giving you full financial protection. When we arrange flights we add £30 per person to the seat price that we pay whether no frills or full scheduled.

Fuel Supplements

Important. When we offer a quote for your particular holiday we will include the latest fuel supplement (if any) being charged by the relevant airline(s). Once you have booked we will not change this supplement.
