Aeschi is a delightful quiet little village situated up on the sun
terrace above Spiez and Lake Thun between Interlaken and Bern. The views
out across the lake and  surrounding mountains are simply stunning.
Spring comes earlier to Aeschi than in some of the more mountainous
resorts and the walking is of a more gentle variety all the year round.
Aeschi is ideal for all types of holiday, from the restful to the
energetic. There are over 200km of well marked paths radiating out of
Aeschi. We shall include their special local walkers map for our guests.
Frequent buses connect Aeschi with Spiez (about 15 mins. Journey)
stopping at the station and the lake steamer wharf and right outside the
hotel in Aeschi.
