New Experience Holidays, run from our office in North Wales, has now been providing holidays for walkers since 1998. Together we have over fifty years of experience in the travel industry. We, and all the New Experience Team, are keen walkers so you can be assured that we fully understand what makes a first-class walking holiday.
We believe in providing holidays of the highest quality which we know we would want to go on and enjoy. We, or one of our team, have stayed in all the hotels to ensure consistent high-quality service and have undertaken all our recommended walks.
From the moment you first contact us your New Experience Holiday experience has begun. We will spend time listening to your requirements and using our expert knowledge to help you choose the best possible holiday. We will discuss all the travel options to ensure you are happy with every aspect of your planned holiday.
All our holidays are aimed at those who wish to enjoy outstanding countryside and the stimulation of the ‘great outdoors’. We have selected destinations offering the very best of walking with beautiful and majestic scenery, easy to challenging paths and hotels of the highest standard for their category.
We offer both guided and self-guided holidays in a variety of stunning locations. Our guided holidays will particularly appeal to those who wish to be free from the responsibility of arranging transport and planning walks according to the weather. Others may just appreciate the added reassurance of a professional guide in unfamiliar terrain.
Our self-guided holidays are designed to appeal to walkers of all abilities who wish to have the freedom of walking at their own pace on walks chosen from our unique New Experience Walk Booklet. Written by our professional walk writers, the Walk Booklet offers comprehensive guidance on for a variety of walks on your holiday.
We will offer you advice on all aspects of your holiday and tailor make the walking holiday you want.

Holidays with total flexibility
All our holidays are individually put together to meet the wishes of our clients. We are happy to arrange holidays of any duration (five night or more) to as many destinations as desired, travelling on the day, time and from the airport of your choice.
We will provide an individual quotation based on our prices shown under each holiday destination. If you wish to arrange your own travel that’s fine with us and we publish our prices both with and without flights.
Hotel philosophy
Your hotel is a very important part of your walking holiday; somewhere to enjoy relaxing, sleeping and eating between days of walking. We have chosen hotels in the 2* - 5* categories for our centred holidays that meet our criteria and, wherever possible, we offer a choice.
On
our treks some hotels may be of a lower official grading but they still meet
our requirements.
We have stayed in every hotel we feature and visit them regularly to check on the facilities comfort friendliness and food. We choose family owned hotels wherever possible and look for enthusiasm, professionalism, a high standard of customer care and one that will give a friendly welcome to all our clients. Many hoteliers have become friends. Space limits us to what we can say on each hotel but for more information or specific requirements please contact us.
Complete Financial Security
We are fully bonded with ATOL for all holidays where we have booked air travel and with IPP insurance where we arrange 'land only' holidays, guaranteeing you complete financial security.
